My top goals while working with Julie was to learn about foods that won’t trigger my allergy, learn what I need to look out for in certain foods and how to eat healthy on the go. Julie was thorough in telling me more about the foods I was eating and how my body was reacting to them. She supplied countless recipes and snack ideas that helped with eating on the go. The best thing I received working with Julie is that I don’t have stomach problems anymore! I have found easy ways to eliminate foods because of Julie’s help. Julie was very invested in my well being and enthusiastic about helping me feel better. She was available outside of our appointments in a timely manner. I genuinely felt Julie loved what she was doing and cared that I was improving as well. I recommend Julie to anyone that is wanting to feel better in their own bodies again!
