3/6 Month Program

Mon – Fri: 8a,9p

  • 1:1 personal coaching at each session

  • Each session is 50-minutes and designed to address a specific health issue or subject

  • We meet twice a month for 3/6 months (6/12 sessions total) in person, over the phone or virtually through Practice Better Portal

  • Will also pick areas of concentration, for your health, from a list of specialties I provide and will be an addition to our sessions (such as food combining, fermented foods and beauty foods)

  • Can include meal prepping or cooking session

  • Handouts on foods to avoid, podcasts to listen to and any information geared towards your health ailment

  • E-mail session summary of what we discussed at each session, recipes, and grocery shopping guides

  • Bonus Health History Consultation Free (making 13 sessions total)

  • Ongoing support between sessions and after our program is up


Grocery Store Visit

Mon – Sun: TBD

  • A 1 1/2-hour visit to a grocery store of choice

  • Walk-Through of key departments

  • Written report on better choices and substitutions

  • Written suggested shopping list including brands where possible

  • Handouts on ingredients to avoid

  • Education on apps and tools to make better food choices


Pantry Makeover

Mon – Sun: TBD

  • A 1-hour visit to your home

  • Inventory of your pantry and refrigerator contents

  • Written report on better choices and substitutions

  • Written suggested shopping list including brands where possible

  • Handouts on ingredients to avoid

  • Recipes that work for you and your lifestyle

  • Education on apps and toolset make better food choices


Group Coaching

  • Everything offered in the 3/6 Month Program

  • A group of 5-10 people wanting to transform their health together
